It has the advantages of large heat transfer coefficient, high evaporation strength, short overcurrent time and large operation flexibility. What is the difference between a vacuum rotary evaporator and a thin film evaporator?

From the evaporation process: the thin film evaporator material is tangentially introduced into the evaporator from the lower end of the separation cylinder, and the distributor is evenly and continuously distributed on the inner wall of the evaporation cylinder, and then rises from the secondary evaporation of the evaporation cylinder to the separation cylinder and then catches The bubble removes droplets or foam, and the secondary vapor exits the thin film evaporator from the outlet at the upper end. The vacuum rotary evaporator is vacuumed by a circulating water vacuum pump and vacuumed from the feed port. After the material enters the rotating bottle, it is heated by the water bath. After the rotating bottle starts working, the rotating internal material is evaporated to the condenser under vacuum, and the evaporated air is instantaneously liquefied and dropped to the collecting bottle due to the lower temperature of the coil inside the condenser.

From the driving mode: the rotor drive of the thin film evaporator is the motor and the reducer, and the form of the scraper determines the rotational speed of the rotor. The turbine and worm drive of the vacuum rotary evaporator is a motor deceleration, equipped with a high-strength nylon wheel for smooth operation and low noise.

The thin film evaporator also has the following features:

1. It has a high heat transfer coefficient and a large evaporation intensity, reaching 50-300kg/m2.h for water and organic solvents (viscosity less than 100cp).

2. Low-temperature evaporation: Since the thin film evaporator is operated under vacuum, the vacuum degree is determined according to the properties of the evaporated material, which greatly reduces the boiling point of the treated material, and thus is particularly suitable for low-temperature concentration of heat-sensitive materials. 3, short stay time: the material stays in the equipment for a short time, between a few seconds ~ tens of seconds.
